  • Are the classes designed for beginners?

    Yes absolutely! They are designed for all fitness levels.

  • Can I bring my own gloves?

    For safety reasons we require that you purchase gloves at the studio.

  • What should I wear?

    Wear anything you feel comfortable working out in. Tennis shoes that you can move around in easily. It is your work out, rock that cute gym fit girl!

  • Should I eat before class?

    We suggest eating a light snack 30-40 minutes prior to class and drink plenty of water to hydrate.

  • I have injury with (part of the body). Can I still do your workouts?

    This all depends on the injury. Please give us a call so we can discuss this injury to better assist you.

  • How much does a membership cost?

    We would like to invite you to purchase our trial first before committing to a membership. We want to make sure you love our classes as much as we do!

  • What health and safety measure are the studio taking to reduce the risk of COVID-19 exposure?

    Everyone’s safety if our number one priority. We have small class sizes and after every class the equipment is wiped down, cleaned and sanitized.

  • My daughter is younger than 18 can she take a class?

    Yes! With a parent consent.
