Are the classes designed for beginners?

Yes absolutely! They are designed for all fitness levels.

Can I bring my own gloves?

For safety reasons we require that you purchase gloves at the studio.

3. What should I wear?

Wear anything you feel comfortable working out in. Tennis shoes that you can move around in easily. It is your work out, rock that cute gym fit girl!

4. Should I eat before class?

We suggest eating a light snack 30-40 minutes prior to class and drink plenty of water to hydrate.

5. I have injury with (part of the body). Can I still do your workouts?

This all depends on the injury. Please give us a call so we can discuss this injury to better assist you.

6. How much does a membership cost?

We would like to invite you to purchase our trial first before committing to a membership. We want to make sure you love our classes as much as we do!

7. What health and safety measure are the studio taking to reduce the risk of COVID-19 exposure?

Everyone’s safety if our number one priority. We have small class sizes and after every class the equipment is wiped down, cleaned and sanitized.

8. My daughter is younger than 18 can she take a class?

Yes! With a parent consent. 

9. Do you have another location?

As of now we have one location in Grapevine TX.
