What To Expect

Are you ready to become powerful beyond measure?

The Hook offers some of the most empowering fitness classes you have ever taken! Of course, to be successful in anything, you must prepare.

We recommend a light snack 30-45 min before class and plenty of water during and after. We also recommend any athletic clothing you feel comfortable in with good sneakers that you can quickly move around in.

New to The Hook?

To ensure an outstanding client experience, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before class to help you set up to have the best experience.

Our mission is to give you the best experience possible as a prospective member and as a current member; therefore, we want to let you know that we will need to reschedule your first class if you don't arrive early. Next, we will get you fitted for your gloves, make sure waivers are signed, and meet your fantastic coach, who will then walk you through how the class works. She will then show you how to use our infamous Boxmaster!

The Hook is a fun but challenging workout that will push you past your limits mentally and physically, but don’t worry we got you! Your Hook coaches are here to motivate you but make sure you listen to your body and go at your own pace. No one is here to judge you, and we are all in this together!
