The Hook delivers the ultimate body and soul transformation by offering boxing classes for women. Every woman has the right and the ability to define, develop, and become empowered through fitness. We empower women from all walks of life who enter our ladies’ gym in Grapevine, TX to be the best version of themselves through a community and sisterhood-like environment. All levels of skill, strength, and fitness are welcome at our ladies’ boxing gym!

 

Our Classes

Ultimate Arms & Upper Cuts
(45 Mins)

Our Ultimate Arms kickboxing session focuses on arms and upper body. Wave bye bye as you feel your upper body and arms getting stronger and shred excess fat on our Boxmaster and state of the art super functional jungle gym for adults Queenax, by Precor. Our state of the art equipment at our ladies boxing studio will have you looking and feeling great. 

 

Hook Ultimate Boxing
(45 Mins)

This is a fun and fast paced fitness class with elements of boxing with the Boxmaster and high intensity interval training. (HIIT) for overall Conditioning and toning. Hook Ultimate Boxing is designed to take you to a higher level of conditioning and endurance through 12 rounds that challenge your mind and body. This boxing class is suitable for all fitness levels. You will need full gloves!

Ultimate Booty & Legs
(45 Mins)

This lower body sculpting class keeps the body guessing with kickboxing focused HIIT training designed to tone the body from the Booty down. A combination of our Boxmaster, cardio, and Queenax will have you kicking, squatting, and jumping your way to the best shape of your life. Walk into Ultimate Booty & Legs giving it everything you got, and walk out Powerful Beyond Measure!

 

Peach Pump
(1 Hour)

Peach Pump is a studio favorite, where we dedicate 1 hour to building, toning, and sculpting that derriere. We target the entire glute complex and hamstrings in order to create the physique we crave, while simultaneously learning all about proper form, engagement, and isolation.  Alternating between strengthening exercises and HIIT you'll be sure to feel the burn! 

Ultimate Core & Cardio

Yes, abs are made in the kitchen, however, it's the core that makes them last. At The Hook, your Grapevine women only studio, we train our abs through functional core training. We make it all about power, strength, and stability in our Ultimate Core and Cardio boxing class. Core muscles create a solid base for your body, allowing you to stay upright and stand strong on your two feet. 

 

Roundhouse Rumble
(1 Hour)

Roundhouse Rumble is an action packed experience that focuses on utilizing our Boxmaster, and an obstacle HIIT course that targets the entire body. This hour is designed to leave the mind and body guessing, sweaty, and toned! 6 Rounds of increasing intensity as you are put to the test, and against the clock. Beat the clock, and build the body when you come to rumble!

Power Play
(45 Mins)

Power Play is designed to teach you how to properly build strength, and tone your muscles. This class was designed to layer in technical progress month to month, and it will empower you to find not just your physical power, but your inner strength. Learn the fundamentals of traditional lifts. This class will leave you feeling Powerful Beyond Measure with all of the Play.

 

Core Crusher & Full Stretch
(1 Hour)

Abs are made in the kitchen, but strength & conditioning keeps them strong! Abs aren’t just for looking good! Incorporating core training will ensure you are maximizing your fitness routine. Prepare for a full HIIT style core focused workout that will help strengthen and prepare you for all of your other workouts. Followed by a full stretch to open up the body, and relax the mind.

 

Hook ShredX-60
(60 Mins)

Hook ShredX is a HIIT circuit training class to get you Hooked on the true Fighter Spirit. Designed to reflect a Fighters workout regimen, you will be led through an experience like no other, perfecting your fighter technique, increasing your mobility, building strength, and challenging your endurance. Expect to work up a sweat and get shredded as you master Hook ShredX.
