HIIT training is High intensity interval training. This includes a short period of time where you get your heart rate up really high then immediately follow it up with an active recovery which brings down the heart rate. We apply this to a wide range of exercises which helps you lose weight, build muscle and boost your metabolism.

 

Boxing for Fitness

Our boxing program trains you on endurance and strength and is suitable for all fitness levels. This high level conditioning and toning uses our state of the art Boxmaster and heavy punching bags to hit all your target areas.

Cardio

Cardio training can help strengthening your cardiovascular system and gets your blood pumping. Our wide range of equipment and exercises include assault bikes, rowers, ropes, sprints, high knees, jump squats, jumping jacks. These are sure to raise your heart rate.

Strength Training

This includes resistance training and weight training. Free weights, body weight on the queenax.

Kickboxing
